Should a booking be cancelled within 7 working days of the course date a standard cancellation fee of £25.00 will be charged. Cancellations outside of 7 working days will NOT be charged. For cancellations received on the day, the full cost of the course still stands. IDC hold the right to cancel any course date, in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Should this occur an alternative date will be offered to participants. No cancellation fee will be charged should the alternative date not be taken up and any paid invoices will be reimbursed. Should an alternative date be accepted, original cancellation procedures will stand
